High Crest Memory Foam Gel Pillow 70x45x14 cm

Gel-infused memory foam moulds to the shape of your head and neck and holds it there, while the gel helps the surface feel cooler than plain memory foam. At 70x45 cm and 14 cm tall, this is a large, high-loft pillow.

Why you'll like it

• How it feels: A firmer, higher feel that side sleepers usually prefer.
• Who it suits: Side sleepers and anyone who wants moulded support.
• Size: 70x45x14 cm.
• Buy in pairs: Two pillows per person gives the full, hotel-made look on a double, queen or king bed.
• Keep it fresh: Use a pillow protector under the pillowcase, fluff it daily and air it regularly.

Choosing the right pillow

The right pillow keeps your neck level with your spine. Side sleepers usually need a higher, firmer pillow to fill the gap between the head and shoulder. Back sleepers suit a medium pillow. Stomach sleepers are most comfortable on a soft, low pillow. If you wake with a stiff neck or keep folding your pillow in half, the height is wrong for you.

Care

Use a pillow protector, change your pillowcase once or twice a week, and air the pillow in a shaded spot regularly. Follow the care label: fibre pillows can often be machine washed, while latex and memory foam should be spot cleaned only. Replace a pillow when it no longer springs back after fluffing, usually every 1 to 2 years.
