A divan bed has a solid, box-style base instead of an open frame with slats. The mattress sits on a flat, fully supported surface, which is why divan beds feel firm and stable and are used in most hotels.

Is a mattress included with the bed?

The bed is supplied as the upholstered headboard and divan base. We stock matching mattresses in every size, so tell us which mattress you want and we will quote the complete bed.

Can I choose the fabric and colour?

Yes. Every bed is made to order, so you pick the fabric and the colour. Visit our Abu Dhabi or Al Ain showroom to see the options, or ask us to send fabric photos.

How long does it take to get my bed?

Every bed is made per order, so production takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery time is added on top of that and depends on your location, so the total time is longer outside Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We confirm the dates when you place your order.

Which size should I choose?

Measure the inside of your room and allow 60 to 70 cm of walking space around the bed. This bed is made in 120x200 cm, 160x200 cm, 180x200 cm, 200x200 cm. In the UAE, 160x200 cm is queen, 180x200 cm is king and 200x200 cm is super king.

The Pulse is our modern fabric bed frame and divan base, made in any colour and fabric you choose. It is the flexible option when the bed has to match a specific wall colour, curtain or headboard fabric. It sits in the middle of our range: a proper upholstered bed at a price that still makes sense for a whole home.

Why choose this bed

Upholstered headboard and divan base: The headboard is padded and fabric-covered, and the base is a solid divan box rather than open slats, so your mattress is supported evenly across its whole surface.
Any colour, any fabric: Every bed is made to order, so you choose the fabric and colour to match your walls, curtains or existing furniture.
Built for daily use: A divan base spreads weight evenly and has no slats to sag or creak, which is why hotels across the UAE use this style of bed.
Quiet and low-maintenance: No metal frame to rattle and nothing to re-tighten every few months. Wipe the fabric with a dry cloth and vacuum it now and then.
Made per order: Nothing is taken off a shelf. Your bed is produced to your size and fabric, which takes 5 to 7 days, and delivery is arranged on top of that depending on where you are.

What you should know before ordering

Measure the room, not just the bed. Leave at least 60 to 70 cm of walking space on the sides you use, and check that the bed will pass through your doorway and lift.
Match your mattress size exactly. A 180x200 cm bed takes a 180x200 cm mattress; the base is made to that size.
Think about bedding. Your fitted sheet must match the mattress size, and a king bed looks best with a duvet or comforter that is wider than the mattress so it drapes over the sides.
Plan your dates. Production takes 5 to 7 days from the day you confirm your order, and delivery time is added on top depending on your location, so order early if you need the bed for a moving date or guests.

Complete the bedroom

Pair this bed with a Home Prime mattress in the same size, a mattress protector, a mattress topper for extra softness, and a comforter or duvet cover set from our bedding range. We can quote the whole bedroom in one go.
