At Home Prime, we manage our own dedicated delivery fleet and professional setup team to deliver directly to your doorstep everywhere across the UAE. From major cities to surrounding areas, our in-house team ensures your mattress and bedroom furniture arrive safely, quickly, and directly to your room of choice.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer all-over UAE direct delivery using our own transport network, covering:

  • Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

  • Dubai & Sharjah

  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, & Fujairah

  • All surrounding communities across every Emirate.

2. Shipping Charges & Rate Calculation

Because we operate our own delivery vehicles rather than using third-party couriers, our shipping charges are calculated based on exact distance from our warehouse:

  • Base Delivery Fee: 20 AED

  • Distance Rate: + 1 AED per kilometer from our warehouse location.

(Your final delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE.

  • Custom Orders & Special Sizes: 3 to 5 business days for tailored mattress dimensions or custom upholstered bed frames.

Scheduling Your Delivery: Our internal dispatch team will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready to confirm a convenient delivery date and time window.

4. Self-Pickup Option (Warehouse / Store Pickup)

If you prefer to arrange your own transport and pick up your items directly from our warehouse or showroom:

5. White-Glove In-Home Setup & Assembly

Unlike standard third-party couriers that drop heavy packages at your front door, our in-house delivery team brings your furniture straight into your bedroom and provides complete professional assembly for bed frames at no extra hassle.

6. Delivery Preparation

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  1. Access Check: Please verify that elevators, stairwells, and doorways are wide enough for your items (especially King and Super King mattress sizes).

  2. Contact Availability: Ensure your phone number is active at checkout so our driver can give you a 30–60 minute advance call.

  3. Building Permits: If your residential community or building requires a Move-In / Delivery Gate Pass, please obtain it from building management prior to your delivery slot.
